Nkosikho is a hardworking and ambitious individual with a great passion for arts, culture, and community development. He possesses excellent communication skills, enabling him to engage effectively with a wide range of people. With over 10 years of experience in both the non-profit and private sectors, he has played prominent roles that have made a positive impact on society. He has served in various leadership positions, including as a Programme Coordinator, Project Manager, and Deputy Chairperson of the board. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Rainbow Arts Organisation. Nkosikho believes that success is achieved when preparedness meets opportunity.
